Terms and conditions of sale
1. Seller and scope
Seller: Equalization Academy, 28 Gzirt Badran Street, Rod Elfarag, Cairo (Egypt), email info@equalizationacademy.com. These terms govern purchases made in the shop and online services of Equalization Academy by consumers and professionals. Affiliated instructors buying kits or renewals are professionals and are also governed by their affiliation contract.
2. Products and services
The main features of each item are on its page. Some items are «on request» and cannot be bought online until a price is shown: in that case you can contact us for information. Images are illustrative.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and, for consumers, include applicable taxes; delivery costs are shown before payment. Payment is by card through Stripe: we do not see or store card details. The contract is concluded when you complete payment and receive our order confirmation by email. The final order button clearly states the obligation to pay.
4. Delivery
Delivery is to the address you give at payment. We state the estimated times in the order confirmation; in any case, unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the order. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and refund what you paid.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days, without giving any reason, from the day you receive the goods (for services, from the day the contract is concluded). To withdraw use the «Withdraw from the contract here» function, always available at the bottom of every page: we immediately send you a confirmation by email with date and time. You can also write to info@equalizationacademy.com.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same means of payment; we may wait for the goods to be returned or for proof of dispatch. Return the goods within 14 days of the declaration, undamaged and in their packaging; the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the item page states otherwise.
Exceptions (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance began with your consent, and to services fully performed with your consent. For the annual membership and dated services, if you ask to start immediately, in case of withdrawal you will pay for the part already used.
6. Annual student membership
The annual membership gives you, for 12 months from purchase, the benefits shown on its page (shop discounts, digital card). It does not renew automatically: to continue you must buy it again.
7. Legal guarantee
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union you have the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the law of your country (in Italy: 24 months for goods). For a defect, write to info@equalizationacademy.com with photos and your order details.
8. Product safety
For Equalization Academy-branded products the manufacturer is: Equalization Academy, 28 Gzirt Badran Street, Rod Elfarag, Cairo (Egypt) · info@equalizationacademy.com. On each product page we state safety and use warnings. If you notice a safety issue, write to us immediately.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
For complaints write to info@equalizationacademy.com; we normally reply within 14 days. Your right to go to court and to the consumer protection authorities of your country remains unaffected.
10. Privacy
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
11. Applicable law
Consumers keep the mandatory protection of their country of habitual residence.
12. Changes
The terms that apply are those in force at the time of the order.
