We offer three level Courses: 

• for the beginner freediver who is performing Valsalva and want to learn the Traditional Frenzel.

• for the advanced freediver already performing the Traditional Frenzel and want to learn the Sequential Frenzel. 

• for the deep freediver willing to learn the Mouthfill Equalization Technique.
